Trust Investment Listing of Accounts Report

Location: LEAP Menu > Reports > Trust > Trust Investment > Trust Investment Listing of Accounts

Purpose: Provides a list of Trust Investment Accounts as of a specified End Date. The report helps ensure proper tracking of these accounts for compliance, reconciliation and auditing.

  • The calculation of account balances is based on the End Date and Run by options.

  • The report includes:

    • Active Trust Investment Accounts, regardless of whether they have a balance or a null balance.
    • Closed accounts, if they still have a balance as of the selected End Date.

Filters:

End DateThe report captures Trust Investment Accounts' balances as of the specified date. 
Run ByDisplays balances based either on:.
  • Transaction Date
  • Entry Date
Group ByGroup the report by:
  • None
  • Staff Acting
  • Staff Responsible


Report Fields:

MatterThe matter number.
Matter DescriptionThe matter description.
Client NameThe client card(s).
Account NameThe Trust Investment Account's name.
BSB & Acc. No.The BSB and Account Number of the Trust Investment Account.
InstitutionThe bank of the Trust Investment Account.
Balance The balance of the account at the selected date, based on entry date or transaction date.
