• Matter: Displays the matters based on the following:
  • Current matters
  • Current matters with unbilled balance
  • Current matters unbilled balance by Staff Acting
  • Current matters unbilled balance by Staff Responsible
  • Current matters unbilled balance by Staff Assisting
  • Current matters unbilled balance by Staff Credit
• Include All Matters:  
  • Yes: Includes all matters, including both current matters and non-current matters (e.g., completed or archived matters)
  • No: Includes only current matters and excludes non-current matters (default). 

Note: The Matter options relate only to current matters and are therefore available only when Include All Matters is set to Yes.

Note: This filter is only available when the Matter setting is set to one of the following options; otherwise, it remains hidden.

• The report date

• The matter number, client and matter type

• The matter's debtor name and address

• Debtor comment (if any)

• The matter's Staff names (Responsible, Acting, Assisting and Credit)

Provides a summary of pre billing information: 

• Billed to Date
  Displays the total fees and disbursements invoiced to the client as at the At Date.

• Aged Unbilled
  Lists the total unbilled aged items on the matter as at the At Date, including WIP and disbursements. Items are grouped into ageing periods—Current, Period 1, Period 2, and Period 3—based on how long they have remained unbilled.

• Time/Fees by Staff
  Lists staff members who have recorded time/fees on the matter, with a breakdown of their contributions into billed and unbilled hours/amounts.

• Trust Account Balance
  Provides totals for deposits, withdrawals and the trust balance as at the At Date.

• Aged Debtor
  Shows the total amount outstanding on finalised invoices as at the selected At Date, with amounts aged into Current, Period 1, Period 2, and Period 3 based on invoice dates relative to the At Date.

Provides details for the following types:

• Billable Fees – Lists fee items with a status of Billable – Next Invoice as at the At Date.

• Billable Later Fees – Lists fee items with a status of Billable – Later Invoice as at the At Date.

• Not Billable Fees – Lists fee items with a status of Not Billable Fees as at the At Date.

Note: Each type includes the transaction date, reference, biller, description, hours and rate (for Time entries), amount excluding tax, tax amount and amount including tax.

• Unbilled Disbursements - Lists unbilled disbursement items, categorised into Payments, Journals, Anticipated Payments and Cost Recoveries, excluding Not-Billable items.
