Power Money Listing of Accounts Report

Location: LEAP Menu > Reports > Trust > Power Money > Power Money Listing of Accounts

Purpose: Provides a list of Power Money Accounts as of a specified End Date. The report helps ensure proper tracking of these accounts for reconciliation and auditing.

Filters:

End DateDisplays all Power Money accounts that contain a balance up to the selected date.
Note: It is important that the date selected is based on the 'Calculated by' filter.
Run ByDisplays balances based either on Entry date or Transaction date.


Report Fields:

Matter The matter number.
Client NameThe name of the client on the matter. 
DescriptionThe matter description.
Account Name, BSB and Account NumberDisplays:
  • The Power Money Account's name.
  • The BSB and Account Number of the Power Money accounts.
Date of PowerRefers to the 'Date Opened' set in the Power Money Account window. 
Institute NameThe name of the financial institution that holds the account.
BalanceThe balance of the account at the specified End Date, calculated based either on Entry date or Transaction date.
