Matter Description Missing from the Top of the Matter Window

In LEAP, the matter heading may sometimes display only the (file) matter number, omitting the matter description. This typically occurs when the description is too long and exceeds LEAP’s character limit for the matter heading. To resolve this, ensure that the matter description is concise. Shortening the description often resolves the issue.

If the matter description is already short but still not displaying:

Temporarily change the Matter Type to a different one.
Save the matter, then change it back to the original matter type.

This often forces LEAP to refresh the matter heading, allowing the description to reappear correctly.
