Controlled Money Control Account Report

Location: LEAP Menu > Reports > Trust > Controlled Money > Controlled Money Control Accounts

Purpose: Lists all transactions for Controlled Money Accounts within a specified period, including deposits, withdrawals, fees, interest earned and total balances.

Report Filters:

Date Range Displays all Controlled Money transactions within the specified date range, based on either Transaction Date or Entry Date according to your Sort By option. 
Sort By    Sort the report by:
  • Transaction Date – the date when the transaction occurred.
  • Entry Date – the date when the transaction was recorded in the system.


Report Fields:

Date

The date of the transaction.

NOTE:
When the Transaction Date and Entry Date differs, the report will show both. The Entry Date will be marked with a * to distinguish from the Transaction Date. 

ReferenceThe transaction number.
Paid To/Received From & ReasonDisplays the Payee or Payor of the transaction, and the transaction reason.
BSB/Number, Name, Matter No., Client, Matter Description
  • Account BSB, Account Number & Account Name
  • Matter Number, Client
  • Matter Description
WithdrawalBank Fees and Withdrawal transactions.
DepositInterest and Deposit transactions.
BalanceTotal Controlled Money Account balance
