Adjusting the LEAP Desktop Window

How To

If the LEAP Desktop window is not displaying correctly or LEAP matters windows are opening outside of the screen view or are blank, please adjust the following settings:

You may be prompted to restart your computer when these settings are modified. Please save your work before proceeding.

  1. Go to the Windows search bar / Start menu and enter "Display Settings".

    This will launch the Windows System > Display window.

  2. The boxes with numbers in them at the top represent the monitors, click the one with a 2 in it.

  3. Tick "Make this my main display".

  4. In the Scale and layout section, select Display resolution.

  5. Adjust the Display resolution.

    LEAP supports a minimum screen resolution of 1280 x 720.

    This will also resolve issues where specific pop-up dialogs such as 'Reason for deletion' and 'Rename document' do not appear as expected.

  6. Restart LEAP.
