LEAP has improved family law matter types by updating the three tables:
Critical family law details: The critical family law details has been simplified to make entering the critical family law information easier. The proceeding details part of the table has been removed. This data can now be entered in the Court and Court details table.
Marriage/de facto separation details: This table has been renamed to Relationship details. There is now a length of relationship field which will calculate the length of time between the date of cohabitation until the date of final separation.
Child details: Dropdown lists have been added to Parent 1 and Parent 2 names which populate from names of people in the matter. The child’s age will now display on the table.
