In accordance with the new Supreme Court (Administration and Probate) Rules 2023 (VIC) LEAP has added a new suite of forms to the VIC | Probate matter type. The existing forms have been moved into a folder called 2014 Rules and renamed to include (2014 Rules) in their name. These 2014 forms are only relevant for matters lodged at Court prior to 1 March 2024. The new forms must be used for all new matters and are contained in the 2023 Rules folder.
