As mentioned in our previous forms blog post LEAP has been working on implementing the feedback we have received for the Application for Consent Orders [LL-FED-FCFCOA-143]. We previously released an updated and unlocked version of the form which addressed:

1. Updating the coding so that the form loads faster;
2. Automating the form and the LEAP for Word Add-in to display even when clients are not listed as an Applicant or Respondent on the matter (e.g. representing Mother, Father, Third Party etc)

We have now implemented an enhancement that will allow for Nominal and NK options within the LEAP for Word Add-in on the form.

This feature allows users to select the options of NK or Nominal for amounts and also allows users to add an additional description in for where it may be useful to provide the Court with further context.

The screenshot above shows how the information can be entered into the add-in and the screenshot below is an example of how the information will be entered onto the form.
