In order to facilitate these updates the form will be locked as of Friday 13 May 2022. As a result of this you will need to use the LEAP for Word Add-in to complete the form.
Some important tips to remember when using the Application for Consent Orders:
When you create a new Application for Consent Orders, ensure you complete the Critical Family Law Details section of the matter and at that time select if your client is the Applicant or Respondent.

When adding items to the document click Save or Save And New before progressing to the next section.

Before saving and closing your document, ensure you click Update Document to save any changes made.

You can find detailed instructions on how to complete the Application for Consent Orders on LEAP’s Help Centre here.

Not helpful at all. Indiscriminate changes to the form made - some headings are missing. "Effect of Financial Orders" No 73. now just shows a Total not listing items of how that total is reached - is this in line with the Federal Circuit Court & Family Court requirements?
Inserts client address instead of Law firm in Clause 3. Does not allow us to amend same. In fact whole form is now locked so we can't save as to make any required changes as often is required.
