TAS - Stamp duty updates for FHOG
In accordance with the recent First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) changes, the TAS stamp duty calculations in LEAP have been updated.
The changes include the following:
- $30 000 grant: for transactions that commence between 1 April 2021 and 30 June 2022;
- $20 000 grant: for transactions that commence between 1 July 2016 and 31 March 2021.
Please ensure that the Contract Date has been entered in your matters (under the Calendar & Tasks tab) so that the correct amounts are calculated for the FHOG concession.
