VIC - Stamp duty

In accordance with the residential property duty waiver for residential property transactions that applies to contracts dated between 25 November 2020 to 1 July 2021 and properties with dutiable value of up to $1 million, we have made changes to the Conveyancing details table layout in VIC Conveyancing & Property matters in LEAP Desktop. Property use can now be classified as Residential or Commercial under the Concessions, FHOG & values tab: Where applicable, residential property duty waiver amount will display under the Stamp duty tab:   As the residential property duty waiver will only be applicable for contracts dated within the specified time, please ensure that the Contract Date has been entered under Calendar & Tasks:
