ACT - Land Titles Office forms
Continuing with the Land Titles Office forms updates, the following forms have been updated in LEAP:
- Application to note change of name on an instrument - Form 010–CNI [LL-ACT-LT-036]
- Determination or expiry of sublease - Form 003-DESL [LL-ACT-LT-029]
The following form has been revoked by AF2020-53 and therefore deleted:
- Determination or surrender of a sublease or underlease - Form 005-DSL [LL-ACT-LT-]
The certifications are coded with Person Acting and Other side's solicitor where relevant - therefore ensure you have selected a staff card for the Other side's solicitor and completed their occupation as Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer etc.
We will continue to update the LEAP forms when they are published by the Titles Office as "Approved Forms".
