Revocation (FILLIN 2)
The Revocation heading will always appear, to make elections regarding section 55 clear, when answering "A" to the FILLIN question the following wording will apply: I specify that all previous Enduring Powers of Attorney made by me under Part XIA of the Instruments Act 1958 and the Guardianship and Administration Act 1986 and under the Powers of Attorney Act 2014 are revoked. In addition, the section 55 notations will appear at all times.Conditions and Instructions (FILLIN 4)
The Conditions and Instructions heading will always appear and the wording of the sentence will alter to say either "is/is not" depending on the answer to the FILLINS. Example:
