NSW - National Mortgage

The NSW National Mortgage (paper lodgement) (LL-NSW-PR668) has been updated following ARNECC's Addendum to the National Mortgage to include:
  • updates to the mortgagee certifications to be in line with the updated certifications in Schedule 3 of the Model Participation Rules (Version 5).
Further changes that are currently being worked on (and available around 12 April) include:
  • allowing mortgagors to provide name change Justifications in a National Mortgage for paper and electronic lodgments.
In the meantime, if you need to add Name on Title if different and reason, please either "Convert Field to Text" on the mortgagor's name section, or use ARNECC's form version available here. Example:
