QLD - Industrial Relations
We have been advised that the following forms were repealed as at 28 September 2018 –
- Queensland Industrial Court;
- Queensland Industrial Relations Commission;
- Industrial Magistrates Court; and
- Industrial Registry.
However there is a cross over period where both the old and new forms will be accepted by these departments – old forms will be accepted for filing until 5pm on 30 November 2018.
We are in the process of creating the most used forms in this suite. If there are any forms that you require as a priority, please email the form name and number to content@leap.com.au
