VIC - Transfer of Land - Family Law
The form entitled 'Transfer of Land - Family Law only' (LL-VIC-LTO-436) has been released and is for use in Family Law matters where property is being transferred from one party to another (ie husband/father to wife/mother).
The ability to add the Title Particulars layout is now available through "Edit Table Types > Other Possible Tables", therefore allowing Volume and Folio information to be entered.
This form is locked as per the requirements from Land Use Victoria.
