VIC Magistrates' Court of Victoria

A review of the Magistrates' Court forms has now been finalised. The following forms have had changes that require mentioning -
  • Application for summary order is now 'Summons for Application for Summary Judgment by Plaintiff' (LL-VIC-MC-0023)and has been relocated into the Summons folder;
  • Sheriff's interpleader summons (LL-VIC-MC-0088) now follows the format of the Complaint
  • Warrant to Seize Property(LL-VIC-MC-0093) has had minor wording changes
  • Notice to addressee and declaration(LL-VIC-MC-0148)has had minor wording changes
  • Notice of request pursuant to section 45(1)(b) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 has had minor changes including the name on the document - however the name in the document list has not been changed. On opening this form will now show the name 'Notice of request pursuant to section 45(1)(b) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985*/Section 304 of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and CompensationAct 2013*' (LL-VIC-MC-0072)
  • Notice of application under Section 42E(1) of the Evidence (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1958(LL-VIC-MC-0025) has had an extra number 6 added
Minor formatting changes have been made to ALL forms- this includes making all forms the same font which is now set at Arial 12pt. For a full list of the forms updated please click here.
