FED - Family Court of Australia
Notification was received this week from the Family Court in relation to changesto the following forms -
- Application for Consent orders Kit (and form)
- Annexure to Proposed Consent Parenting Order; and
- Application for Consent orders - proposed orders template
Whilst we are in the progress of updating these forms, we have been advised by the Family Court that the forms currently available via LEAP are acceptable by the Court. There is no proposal for these forms to become outdated and the Court has advised that "as they have quite a bit of printed stock left there will be no issues. There is only minor terminology changes."
