WA - Settlement Statement updated

As a result of user feedback the following enhancements have been made to the Western Australian Settlement Statement - Penalty Interest

A new dialog for 'Penalty Interest' will now (if selected) calculate the amount of interest payable by the Purchaser or Vendor between dates specified by the operator. The penalty interest rate is auto-populating with a figure which is set in the WA Legal Rates section of the program. NB. The interest rate figure is fully editable by the operator.

Time Related Items Two new options have been made available in this section of the program -
  • Instalments Paid - this option will only appear if the Time Related itemis marked as 'Owing'. It will not display if the item has been marked as 'Paid'; and
  • In the 'Time Period' dropdown list, there is now an option for 'Two Monthly'.
For LEAP Documents users, it is IMPORTANT that you run two online updates for these enhancements to appear on your system. The reason for the two online updates relates to the way in which the template is downloaded. Please note that our development team is working on ways in which to streamline this process for future releases.
