VIC - Transfers of Land

Theabove forms have been updated to use the new company execution and power of attorney details and will now automatically complete the relevant sealing clause for each party. Please ensure that the relevant company execution or power of attorney details are completed in your matter to enable the new automation in these documents to work correctly. If the Transfer of Land you are preparing is a Transfer by Direction, you will need to complete the Registered Proprietors details in your matter. As previously advised, LEAP allows no more than two people on one card in Conveyancing Matter Types only. All other Matter Types only allow one person per card. These documents will not populate correctly if you have more than two people on one card.
  • Transfer of Land - T1 - use in Transfer matter type (LL-VIC-LTO-336)
The above form has been deleted as the new and old formats T1 Transfers of Land will populate correctly in a Transfer matter type.
