WA - Settlement Statement
LEAP are pleased to announce that a new automated Settlement Statement (LL-WA-PR-100) for Western Australia producing both Purchaser and Vendor Statements has now been made available to our clients. This new Statement includes the ability to do :-
- Time Related Items;
- Rental;
- Miscellaneous Items - one party responsible for payment;
- Additional comments - ability to add comments without figures; and
- Cheques
