The *11 SRO forms have now been updated in LEAP.These forms use Kalinga fontand the SRO will not allow any changes to formatting. Please note that, due to Database Design and Template changes you will need to run two online updates to get the changes through. Important Changes: Changes have been made to Card in LEAP Documents to enable these forms to work more intuitively and include changes for Company Execution and Power of Attorney details. For more information on these changes please see the attached document. Changes to Company Execution & Power of Attorney details *The updated forms are as follows:-
  • Duties Form 1 - Goods statement for residential land
  • Duties Form 2 - Goods statutory declaration
  • Duties Form 3 - Real property value declaration
  • Duties Form 4A - Off-the-plan sales statutory declaration
  • Duties Form 6A - Transactions treated as sub-sales of land statutory declaration
  • Duties Form 7E - First home owner/exemption/concession declaration
  • Duties Form 8F - Pensioner exemption/concession declaration
  • Duties Form 9A - Transfer between spouses/domestic partners statutory declaration
  • Duties Form 12 - Primary production and water entitlements (for all land types statutory declaration)
  • Duties Form 13 - Family farm exemption statutory declaration
  • Duties Form 53C - Principal place of residence (PPR) concession and eligible first home buyer duty reduction declaration
