NSW - Supreme Court Probate Forms

We have made enquiries with the Prothonotary at the Supreme Court of NSW who have advised us of the following:
  • All secondary probate documents (with the exception of UCPR Forms such as Form 111 - Summons for probate, administration, administration withwill annexed or reseal; Form112 - Grant of probate, letters of administrationor letters of adminstration with the will annexed and Form113 - Reseal) being filed with the Court need to have the following in the 'Title of Proceedings' headingon the first page, namely:
Estate of: Late of:
  • The contact email address will appear as optional information under the'Filing Details' heading on the first page.
