Settlement Adjustment Sheet App | Update

From 15 October 2026, the Settlement Adjustment Sheet (SAS) app has been updated. The app now stays in step with the reconciliation tables in your matter, and there are new features for NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA and ACT.

Reconciliation table write back

Direction items now flow both ways between the SAS app and the Purchase and Sale Reconciliation tables in your matter.

  • Direction items added, updated or deleted in the SAS app are reflected in the Reconciliation table.
  • Direction items created, changed or deleted in the Reconciliation table appear in the SAS app.
  • Items marked Include in SAS in the Reconciliation table are added to the SAS app.
  • A new button in the SAS app writes the final amount due on settlement to the Purchase Reconciliation table. After the first click it changes to Update amount due on settlement.

NSW

  • The Calculate on balance field in the Default Interest child page now fills in automatically with the balance from the Conveyancing Details table. You can still overwrite or delete it.

  • A single Calculations heading now sits above the water usage and land tax calculations.
