When adjusting an invoice, the error message "Total adjustments must not be greater than the debtor's invoice total" will appear if the adjustments exceed the original amount. If the error message still appears even when the adjustments appear to be within the original amount, please check to make sure any cost recoveries on the invoice have the correct tax codes associated with their recovery codes as this affects how tax amounts are calculated for the recovery items.
