How To

To reverse a Cost Recovery that has been invoiced, please refer to the below steps:

Open the invoice > Reverse the Invoice by clicking the Reverse Transaction button on the top left of the Invoice window > This launches the Reverse Invoice window > Save & Close.
Go to the Cost Recoveries tab > Select the Cost Recovery > Right click to select either Set to Billable - Next Invoice or Delete the Cost Recovery.
Go to the Payments & Debtors tab > Recreate the invoice.
