If you're experiencing issues printing an invoice, this guide provides common solutions and troubleshooting steps to help you print your invoice successfully.

When you generate an invoice, it is saved as a PDF. To print it:

  1. Open the PDF invoice.

  2. Click File > Print in your PDF viewer or browser.

  3. Select the correct printer and adjust the settings (paper size, orientation, etc.).

  4. Click Print to send the document to your printer.

If your invoice does not print, check the following:

  • Internet Connection: Ensure your device is connected if the invoice is downloaded or generated online.

  • Printer Status: Make sure your printer is turned on, connected, and free of errors like paper jams or low ink.
