How To

LEAP integrates with online Email Fax Providers. If you have registered with an Email Fax Provider, you can send emails directly from a matter that will be received as a fax by the recipient.

Getting Started

Find an online Email Fax Provider solution that meets your needs. It is important that you're happy with the provider's required number format.

To add the Email Fax Provider Domain to LEAP, click here.

Sending a Fax to Your Client from a Matter

Open the matter.
Make sure you're on the Details & Correspondence tab.
Right-click the document you wish to fax and select Share > Fax.
Select the recipient from the list and click OK.

A new email will open in Microsoft Outlook.
Your document will appear as an attachment on the new email, with your Email Fax provider domain immediately after the recipient's fax number in the To field.
Click Send.
