Another Copy of LEAP Is Running on This Machine

You may encounter the error message “Another copy of LEAP is running on this machine” when trying to launch LEAP. This message appears when another instance of LEAP is already running in the background. The system prevents multiple copies of the application from running at the same time.

 

 To resolve the issue, try the following steps:

  1. Close the current instance: Ensure all LEAP windows are closed.

  2. Check Task Manager : Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc, locate LEAP in the list of running processes, and select End Task.

  3. Restart your machine. This should help resolve the issue, allowing you to launch LEAP without any further problems.
