Please see below for information on the "Access privileges to view this report have not been granted to your account" error message.

If you encounter the error "Access privileges to view this report have not been granted to your account" when generating reports, including trust statements, ensure that you have the appropriate permissions to view or generate the report from a LEAP matter. You can check and adjust these permissions in the LEAP settings under Access and Permissions.

If the permission is already enabled, try updating the settings by toggling the permission off and then back on, and then restart your device.
