We are excited to announce an enhanced folder structure for family law matter types in LEAP, designed to make navigating ‘Forms & Precedents’ easier and more intuitive for family lawyers. The new structure will provide you with streamlined access to court forms and essential resources.

Key enhancements include:

• Frequently Used (Matter Type): the most frequently used documents for that matter type, organised by the stages of a matter.

• Forms: All family law–specific forms arranged alphabetically. 

• Publications & Practice Directions: Expanded to include the latest resources from the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and Family Court of Western Australia. 

• Prompt Library: Prompts for affidavits, correspondence, subpoenas, summaries, and other documents.

• Order Library: Now positioned on the main screen for easier access.

• By Lawyers: Practical commentary and precedents, accessible below LEAP resources.

Please note: Custom precedents in the previous folder structure may show in the Orphaned Precedents folder at the top of the window following this restructure. These custom precedents can be moved from the Orphan Precedents folder to your preferred folder.
