FED | Transition to the Administrative Review Tribunal

On 14 October 2024, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) will be replaced by a new body, called the Administrative Review Tribunal (‘the new Tribunal’). LEAP is aware of the transition and will be updating all forms, matter types and legal rates as soon as possible after the release.
