LEAP has improved family law matter types. New tables, fields and calculated critical dates have been added.

The default tables in newly created matters have been updated. The following matters have had tables change from showing by default:

Children 

- Independent children’s lawyer 

- Independent children’s lawyer’s barrister

- Court child expert

- Barrister/Counsel 

- Counsellor’s details

Divorce 

- Independent children’s lawyer

- Third party

Please note the above tables can still be added to the matters through selecting edit tables.

The changes to the default table types will not affect recurring matter templates. The recurring matter template will need to be updated or a new template created. For more information on creating a new or modifying an existing template click here.
