LEAP has updated Form 43B Subpoena to produce documents, and Form 43C Subpoena to give evidence and produce documents in the Federal Court Litigation matter type in accordance with the Federal Court Legislation Amendment Rules 2022. Form 26A Notice to person served outside Australia has been added to LEAP.
