LEAP has updated Care & Protection matter types to 'Care & Protection Proceedings' in Victoria.
Care & Protection Proceedings has replaced the following matters:
- Application for Breach Order
- Application for Custody to Secretary Order
- Application for Guardianship Order
- Application for Permanent Care Order
- Application for Protection

Hello, Can we please have in the Client options: Mother, Father and in the Other Side options: Government Department and Other Party?
We note that there is no Respondent in Children's Court - Family Division proceedings and this seems to be an unnecessary addition and the parties are known by their position in relation to the child such as: Mother, Father, Carer, Paternal Grandmother etc
