FED | FCFCOA forms

LEAP have updated the following Federal Family forms in compliance with the official 0922V1 update:
- Application for consent orders (manual) [LL-FED-FCFCOA-202];
- Annexure to proposed consent parenting order (Current case) [LL-FED-FCFCOA-018]; and
- Application for consent orders kit [LL-FED-FCFCOA-021]
The Application for consent orders [LL-FED-FCFCOA-143] will be updated in due course. Please subscribe to the forms blog to be alerted of when the updated form is available.
In the meantime if you want to use the automated version of the form the Court has advised that they will accept the 0921V1 version until 23 December 2022.
