SA | Uniform Special Statutory Rules and Joint Criminal Rules forms

On the 29 August 2022, the South Australia Criminal Court introduced Joint Criminal Rules 2022 and the Uniform Special Statutory Rules. LEAP has produced the forms that have been provided by the Court under the new rules.
The forms have precedent codes that begin with "LL-SA-UCP-" and are located in Criminal & Traffic > Criminal Law > Multiple Offences > LEAP Forms > Joint Criminal Rules and Criminal & Traffic > Criminal Law > Multiple Offences > LEAP Forms > Uniform Special Statutory forms respectively.
Both the Joint Criminal Rules and Uniform Special Statutory forms folders contain subfolders titled in accordance with the Categories of forms set out under the respective rules.
