Updated Land Use Victoria Forms LEAP has updated the following forms in the VIC Conveyancing & Property matter type to utilize the latest LEAP for Word technology:
  1. Statutory declaration for application by legal personal representative [LL-VIC-LTO-451]
  2. Default notice [LL-VIC-PR-270]
Updated SRO Form LEAP has updated the Off the plan sales statutory declaration - contracts dated from 01-10-2008 - Duties 4A [LL-VIC-SRO-297] in the VIC Conveyancing & Property > Property - General Advice matter type to utilize the latest LEAP for Word technology. With the latest technology, users are now able to change answers to one or more questions in the LEAP for Word questions pane, with more efficiency. Removed SRO Forms The VIC State Revenue Office introduced the Digital Duties Forms to replace the old Duties Forms previously lodged in paper format. Since the introduction of the Digital Duties Form, numerous forms have been replaced with this new functionality. LEAP has been conducting a review of the State Revenue Office forms in LEAP and removed the following forms that are no longer available on the SRO website to accord with the SRO’s requirements –
  1. CONTRACTS PRE JULY 2017 - Purchaser Statement - Duties Form 62 [LL-VIC-SRO-437]
  2. CONTRACTS PRE 1 JULY 2017 - Goods statement for residential land - Duties 1 [LL-VIC-SRO-006]
  3. CONTRACTS PRE JULY 2017 - Goods statutory declaration - Duties 2 [LL-VIC-SRO-007]
  4. CONTRACTS PRE JULY 2017 - Transactions treated as sub - Duties 6A [LL-VIC-SRO-022]
  5. First home owner exemption concession declaration after 1 July 2012 - Duties 7E [LL-VIC-SRO-398]
  6. Primary production and water entitlements for all land types - Duties 12 [LL-VIC-SRO-015]
  7. Pensioner exemption concession declaration - Duties 8F [LL-VIC-SRO-399]
  8. Eligible first home buyers duty reduction/exemption or concession - Duties 61 [LL-VIC-SRO-409]
  9. Family farm exemption statutory declaration - Duties 13 [LL-VIC-SRO-025]
  10. Principal place of residence (PPR) concession deadlines - Duties 53D [LL-VIC-SRO-408]
