This form is only to be used by Solicitors.
Pursuant to section 10 of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW) (Uniform Law), an entity is prohibited from engaging in unqualified legal practice. This form, when used by a conveyancer who is not a legal practitioner, may contribute to a representation that the conveyancer is entitled to engage in legal practice or that the conveyancer’s business is a law practice. Such representations may constitute a breach of section 11 of the Uniform Law and result in penalties.
