Updated FCFCOA Forms LEAP has updated the following forms in the Federal Litigation & Disputes matter type and in accordance with the official Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia update:

Apprehension warrant - Form B17 (FCFCOA) [LL-FED-FCFCOA-188]
Claim under the Fair Work Act 2009 alleging dismissal in contravention of a general protection - Form 2 [LL-FED-FCFCOA-190]
Claim under the Fair Work Act 2009 alleging unlawful termination of employment - Form 3 [LL-FED-FCFCOA-191]
Claim under the Fair Work Act 2009 alleging contravention of a general protection - Form 4 [LL-FED-FCFCOA-192]

You can find these forms in Litigation & Disputes > Litigation > Federal Court Litigation > LEAP Forms > Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia - Generalfolder. The old forms under the Federal Circuit Courtfolder will be removed.
