VIC – Conveyancing – Vendors Statement, CoS of Land and Due Diligence Checklist
The following new forms have been added to LEAP in accordance with amendments to the Sale of Land Act 1962 and as a result of the introduction of the Estate Agents (Contracts) Amendment Regulations 2014:
- Due Diligence Checklist (LL-VIC-PR-429)
- Contract of Sale of Real Estate (LL-VIC-PR-430)
- Vendors Statement – Section 32 (LL-VIC-PR-431)
- Vendors Statement Additional – Section 32 (LL-VIC-PR-432)
These updated forms are to be used in transactions as at 1 October 2014, and the obsolete versions of these forms will be removed shortly thereafter.
The following form has been updated in accordance with regulation 7 of the Estate Agents (Contracts) Amendment Regulations 2014:
- Contract of Sale of Business (LL-VIC-PR-301)
