FED – Federal Magistrates Court – name change
Federal Magistrates Court name change to Federal Circuit Court of Australia
We have received notification from the Federal Magistrates Court that the changes are to come into effect as of 12 April 2013 and that the Court's forms are currently being updated to reflect the new name, Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
However, whilst the Court prefers that the new forms are used, forms showing the Federal Magistrates Court will be accepted until 12 October 2013.
We are currently preparing the changes that are required and will have them released to clients as soon as possible after 12 April 2013.
