FED - Family Law New Critical Date
LEAP has added the critical date of 'Undertaking as to disclosure' to the following matters:
- Property & Children
- Children
- Property/Financial Settlement
The date has been added in accordance with Rule 6.02 of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Family Law) Rules 2021.
To receive the new critical date in existing matters, simply select "Update the matter with the latest critical dates".
