FED – Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA) Family Law forms

New FCFCOA Form LEAP has added new forms to the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia - Family folder matter type in Federal as follows:
  1. Request for service abroad of judicial documents and certificateForm 1A[LL-FED-FCFCOA-161]
  2. Summary of the document to be servedForm 1B [LL-FED-FCFCOA-163]
Updated FCFCOA Forms LEAP has updated the following forms in the Federal Family law matter type and in accordance with the official Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia update:
  1. Bankruptcy - application [LL-FED-FCFCOA-164]
  2. Bankruptcy - application for summons to examine relevant person or examinable person [LL-FED-FCFCOA-167]
  3. Bankruptcy - Application in a case [LL-FED-FAM-028] is now Bankruptcy - Application in a proceeding [LL-FED-FCFCOA-168]
  4. Notice disputing itemised cost account [LL-FED-FCFCOA-109]
We have also improved the coding on the Application for consent orders [LL-FED-FCFCOA-143]. For details of where these forms are located see this forms blog post. The old forms under the Federal Circuit Court of Australia - Family and Family Court of Australiafolders will be removed. Form Name Changes LEAP has updated the following forms with the current form names in the Federal Family law matter type and in accordance with the official Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia update:
  1. Bankruptcy - Application in a case [LL-FED-FAM-028] is now Bankruptcy - Application in a proceeding [LL-FED-FCFCOA-168]
Instructional Information Some of the forms that we are updating may contain instructional pages that can be removed before printing. Where this is the case we will place these pages in hidden text. This means that upon printing your document the instructional pages will not print. To turn hidden text view on or off on a document you must do the following:
  1. Open a Word document
  2. Select File
  3. Select Options
  4. Select Display
  5. Tick the checkbox next to Hidden text to turn hidden text view on, or untick it to turn hidden text view off
  6. Ensure that Print hidden text is unticked
  7. Select OK
