Application - human rights [LL-FED-FCFCOA-149]
Application - Fair Work Division [LL-FED-FCFCOA-150]
Creditor's petition - Form B6 [LL-FED-FCFCOC-151]
Sequestration order - Form B7 [LL-FED-FCFCOA-152]

You can find these forms inLitigation & Disputes > Litigation > Federal Court Litigation > LEAP Forms > Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia - Generalfolder. The old forms under theFederal Circuit Courtfolder will be removed. Instructional Information Some of the forms that we are updating may contain instructional pages that can be removed before printing. Where this is the case we will place these pages in hidden text. Select File
Select Options
Select Display
Tick the checkbox next to Hidden text to turn hidden text view on, or untick it to turn hidden text view off
Ensure that Print hidden text is unticked
Select OK
