Updated FCFCOA Forms
The following forms have been updated to the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia version:
- Initiating application [LL-FED-FCFCOA-090]
- Itemised costs account [LL-FED-FCFCOA-091]
- Notice of appeal - child support [LL-FED-FCFCOA-092]
- Notice to admit [LL-FED-FCFCOA-093]
- Consent orders - without appearance [LL-FED-FCFCOA-094]

The old forms under the Federal Circuit Court of Australia - Family and Family Court of Australiafolders will be removed.
Instructional Information
Some of the forms that we are updating may contain instructional pages that can be removed before printing. Where this is the case we will place these pages in hidden text. This means that upon printing your document the instructional pages will not print.
To turn hidden text view on or off on a document you must do the following:
- Open a Word document
- Select File
- Select Options
- Select Display
- Tick the checkbox next to Hidden text to turn hidden text view on, or untick it to turn hidden text view off
- Ensure that Print hidden text is unticked
- Select OK
