FED - Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia - General
Due to the merger of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia we have begun updating our forms.
As part of this process forms in the Litigation > Federal Circuit Court folder will be updated, have their precedent codes changes to LL-FED-FCFCOA-XXX and be moved into the newly created Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia - General folder. This way you will know Forms located in the new folder are updated and Forms remaining in the old folder are not updated at that present time. Once all Forms are updated and moved – the old Federal Circuit Court of Australia folder will be removed. 
The first form in this process was the Application in a case [LL-FED-FCC-018] which has been updated to Application in a proceeding [LL-FED-FCFCOA-002]. More forms will follow as and when the Court makes them available.
