Remaining Forms to be updated
The Forms covered under the 90 day grace period will be updated and made available as and when they are updated. The Forms will still work in your current Matters or any new Matters you create. As per previous Family Law Forms Blogs, you should refresh your existing matters to obtain the Matter Type updates required for the updated Forms. You can easily keep track of which Forms are updated and which Forms are not updated by the Forms folders as follows:
Forms Folders
We have created a new Forms folder “Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia�. The 9 new Forms will be released directly in this new folder. The remaining Forms will be moved from the relevant Family Court of Australia or Federal Circuit Court of Australia- Family folders as and when they are updated and released to Live.
This way you will know Forms located in the new folder are updated and Forms remaining in the old folders are not updated at that present time. Once all Forms are updated and moved – the old folders, Family Court of Australia and Federal Circuit Court of Australia- Family, will be removed.
