LEAP'scommitment to innovationand to providing the best legal practice management software means that we're always looking for ways to improve. Following research and requests, we are refining LEAP Matter Types with a restructure to ensure that you continue to have the best experience with content in LEAP. Commencing 18 August 2021, this will be a gradual rollout of restructuring the location of matter types in new or existing top-level area of law folders. It is important to note that the restructure will not affect your existing matters created in LEAP. While this restructure is taking place, take advantage of the tools in LEAP that allow you to easily locate matters, including:

Assigning Favourite Matter Types

Easily assign the matters that you use the most asfavourite matter types so that they appear at the top of the matter type navigation pane. Matter type favourites can be assigned by each individual user and are not firm level specific.

Matter Type Search

The â€˜search matter types' bar in the navigation pane is the fastest way to find your matters in LEAP. Searching a key word will produce a list of all matter types containing that key word.
